Refund policy

At Imperfectly Perfect, every item is carefully selected or created with care. Many of our products are vintage, thrifted, handmade, or fulfilled by trusted third-party partners. Because many items are one of a kind, our return policy differs from that of large retailers.

Returns

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or normal characteristics of vintage and thrifted items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at cathybrownstudios@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Vintage & Thrifted Items

Our vintage and thrifted items are pre-owned and may show light signs of age or previous use. These characteristics are part of their unique history and are not considered defects. Any significant flaws or imperfections will be clearly noted in the product description and photographs whenever possible.

Handmade & Custom Items

Handmade and personalized items are made with care and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Dropship & Third-Party Fulfilled Items

Some products may be fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers. Return, replacement, and refund requests for these items may be subject to the supplier's policies. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will work with the supplier to make things right.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
